Catamaran  boat is a "ship" in which two separate underwater hulls are joined together by a stiffened frame. The two hulls are each equipped with a main engine and a propeller. The strong frame connecting the two hulls is called the bridge, with more cabins on it. It has the advantages of good stability, safety and comfort and flexible handling, and is commonly used as medium and small passenger ships and ferries.
